TERMS OF SERVICE

Customer Booking Policy

  • Customers may book directly online by choosing the desired experience package and completing the secure payment process at checkout.
  • Each experience package contains pre-paid tickets to a live music concert at a renowned Austin music venue along with a pre-paid, fixed price, dinner for each member the group size you select.
  • Each unique experience package is described in detail in the information to be found when clicking on a package option for more detail.
  • The booking forms may vary slightly between packages depending on the event.
  • The customer who booked the experience must be present at the start of the service for service verification.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • All purchases must be made online at www.austinight.com.
  • Cash or check payment is not available.
  • Customer shall receive an e-mail confirmation upon booking.
  • Present printed e-mail confirmation or smart phone email confirmation at restaurant and music venue.
  • Unless otherwise specified, alcohol is not included with packages.
  • All customers must be over 21 years of age and agree with the AustiNight’s terms of service.

Change and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the chosen package time.
  • Cancellations will be partially refunded.
  • Refunds do not include purchased event ticket(s).
  • Cancellations requests received less than 48 hours of the chosen package time are non-refundable.
  • Change requests related to guest count, pickup location or menu selection may be made 24 hours prior to package start times.
  • Change requests related to booking dates may be made 48 hours prior to package start times.

Third Party Terms and Liability

AustiNight partners with third party businesses, including restaurants, venues, and transportation operators. The following terms and conditions are directed by the third parties, and therefore, non-negotiable.

  • No smoking is allowed in any vehicle provided by Clean Air Limo. If this policy is violated, Clean Air Limo reserves the right to end the trip immediately with no refund available.
  • Gratuity for the transportation is not included to the total booking price. Gratuity may be added at the conclusion of the service. It is customary to tip your driver 15-20% and we want this decision to be yours.
  • Restaurants and venues reserve the right to refuse serving AustiNight customers at their discretion per standard rules and operating procedures applicable to all customers, including, but no limited to, partaking in illegal activities (e.g. drug use), inappropriate behavior, and any form of physical or verbal abuse. This includes any activities that result in the arrest or detention of a customer.
  • Customer shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle sustained during client’s trip; to include all spills, burns, rips, tears, or damage to the television, stereo or other equipment according to Clean Air Limo’s policy.
  • Client agrees that AustiNight shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the third party’s inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, and any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the third party.
  • AustiNight is acting at all times as an independent contractor for all suppliers who provide your transportation, restaurant services and music and other services in connection with your experience.
  • AustiNight does not own, operate or control any of the suppliers of service that provide meals, transportation, other goods and services connected with your experience. These suppliers are responsible for their performance.

Service terms may change at AustiNight’s discretion. In the event of such changes, new policies will apply to all packages booked after the date and time of the policy change. For further questions please e-mail info@austinight.com or call our local customer service line (512) 520-5184.
